Bio-based Polymer Materials Polybutylene Succinate Pbs Fully Biodegradable Polymer
Advantages of the product
Based on the bio-based succinic acid produced by our company as a raw material, the bio-based PBS produced by the processes of esterification and polycondensation is a bio-based polymer material encouraged and advocated by the country. With the disposable products produced by this product, complete biodegradation can be achieved by microorganisms in nature. At present, EU countries, such as France and the United Kingdom, have successively banned the use of non-biodegradable materials and forced the use of biodegradable materials. Therefore, bio-based PBS will become a popular degradable material.
Molding method
Polybutylene succinate (PBS) is a thermoplastic resin and has good processing properties. It can be processed on ordinary processing equipment. The processing temperature range is 140~260°C. The material must be dried prior to processing. The moisture content must be below 0.02%.
Polybutylene succinate (PBS) can be processed by injection molding, blow molding, blown film, blister, lamination, foaming, spinning and other molding methods.
Polybutylene succinate (PBS) is a polymer with good biodegradability. Compared with polylactic acid, polyhydroxyalkanoate, polycaprolactone and other biodegradable plastics, PBS is relatively low in price. Excellent mechanical properties, good heat resistance, heat distortion temperature close to 100 °C.
