Application areas
it is mainly used in food industry serving as flavor enhancer, additive, pharmaceutical intermediates, flavoring agent, acidulant,and buffering agent. It is wisely used for making ham, sausage, flavoring liquid and so on. At present, some manufactures of monosodium gltamate have been popularizing the add of succinic acid sodium in the production process.
