Pharmaceutical Grade Disodium Succinate Hexahydrous Disodium Succinate
It is mainly used in food industry serving as flavor enhancer, additive, pharmaceutical intermediates, flavoring agent, acidulant,and buffering agent. It is wisely used for making ham, sausage, flavoring liquid and so on. At present, some manufactures of monosodium gltamate have been popularizing the add of succinic acid sodium in the production process.
Renewable starch sugar is used as raw material to produce succinic acid sodium directly via microbial fermentation. It is a pure biomass product and belongs to purely green process without pollution. Each health indicator of the products surpasses that of those produced by chemical method.
